In addition, we publish information about socializing activities for single colleagues in STSP on a regular basis, assisting our staff to develop a harmonious, healthy and happy life.
EPILEDS constructs a full range of communicative channel inside the company, including setting up a physical and an email mailbox for staff opinions and relations in order to help solve problems in time. Our staff can choose to sign to their opinions or give suggestions anonymously and help the company improve internal relations.
EPILEDS values our staff’s training and development. We provide an open learning environment with on-job-training as well as classroom courses. Newly appointed staff orientation is offered since the day our new staff report for duty. Enterprise policies of our company are to be illustrated through the training of new staff, including our system and culture as well as related policies. For staff at management level, we provide the training of management functions.
